Unwanted HTML Code Issues

Several Questions regarding HTML Code:
1. I have the following HTML code under my comment box. I do not want this to be displayed. You may use these HTML tags and attributes: <a title=””> <abbr title=””> <acronym title=””> <b> </a>
<blockquote cite=””><cite> <code> <del datetime=””> <em> <i> <q cite=””> <strike> How can I get rid of this?
2. All of my posts are showing HTML code on my website and I do not know how to get rid of it. example: baby boomers
