Shortcode on Presentation Page

    How do I use a short code on ?
    e.g. [jwplayer mediaid=”1030″] entered in column 2 of the presentation page does not work – it just shows the code.
    How do I enable it ? – I am on Mantra 2.3.4

    BTW: It works on other pages
