Presentation page not transfered in local

    Hello, as you can see in the topic title my problem is that I can’t download the presentation page in local from the net. i have installed xampp and when I download the site http://www.lowcostrometaxi.com from the net I obtain the exact copy, except the presentation page. The presentation page in local result vergin with the default values you have when install Mantra for the first time.
    Please, how I can solve it?
