Links being prepended – help?

I must be doing something wrong, but I just can’t see it. Here’s the page:

In item #4, solution for water quality, I have an affiliate link, which should go directly to the Aquasana page in a new window, but takes you to a NOT FOUND on my site. When you hover over the link, you can see it has pre pended itself with my website, but that’s not in the code.
