image sizes

Hi
In the WordPress Media settings I have put sizes of thumbnail, medium and large images all to 0 as I have read that this will stop WordPress creating multiple copies of images when I upload them to the media library. It doesn’t, I still get the copies. I am using the latest version of Mantra – is this overiding these settings and is there any way I can stop this happening. Many thanks.
