How to stretch the image header

    Welcome.
    How to stretch the image header, so that was underneath the icons social media.
    The image is the inscription ‘PERFECT OPTYK’ in the background.
    As you can see in the example, the image header ends on the right and on a gray background with 2 icons facebook and email.

    I wanted to turn off the icons social media. Option: Top right corner of header. But you can not do that. Uncheck the box, but after writing it back.
    Why?
