How to Center Menu Bar

    I’m using one of the Menus as a Primary Navigation option, how can I center the menu?

    I would like to use the “Relative” dimensions so Mantra can adjust to the width of each user but it doesn’t fit good without the centered menu.

    I tried C23 Faq’s but can’t find #access, #access .menu { text-align:center; } in CSS
