Featured Image Thumbnails Not Showing Fixed Dimensions

Hello, I am working on the following site: http://www.clearcreativecoaching.com/ and I have set the Featured Image Settings to the fixed dimensions of 100×100 for the thumbnail size. Yet, when I look at the blog post excerpt thumbnails, they do not show at this fixed dimension. They widths seem to be 100, but the heights are not. I have also selected the option to crop the images to the exact size, but it’s not doing that. I would like a uniformed look to my blog post thumbnails, so I would like this feature to work properly please.
