    I would like to remove the “next post” or “related post” at the top of a post. I am uploading a lot of content like a website and was hoping it could be done via posts vs. pages.

    Here is an example. http://test.hcscconline.org/2014/03/06/x-z-1905-tax/
    I don’t want to see the next post in any relation to this post.

    That is the problem which is related to your theme. Try using different theme of that kind only. If that doesn’t work out, then you should have to go through coding and stuff. So, better change the theme. If anything else I can help, do tell. 🙂
