Changing Mantra Theme

    I am a novice at this. If I just change the Mantra theme, will I need to re-import what I have currently on my webpage? I have backed up, but I don’t know where/how to access the backed up files. I should probably have someone who knows what they are doing, but maybe it is not that hard???
