I started with 2 columns, sidebar on the right in Mantra Settings, Layout. I attempted to change to 3 columns, sidebar each side but it won’t let me. I can change the template for each page to 3 columns sidebar each side but then cannot change the width of each column. How do I change the layout for all pages and have the ability to modify column width?

You can change the layout of the entire site to 3 columns (from Layout Settings in Mantra’s settings page), or you can set pages individually to 3 columns via the page templates.
Either way, the 2 sidebars will have equal width (half of the value set in Layout Settings) and there’s no easy way to change that.

When editing a page, check out the right part of your screen and you’ll see the selector for the page templates.
