Add text and a HTML context link

Hi,

I would like to add some free form text with a contextual hyperlink below the main slider on the presentation page.

I am not a coder and just wanted to find out if can use HTML anywhere under the main featured slider to add this

e.g. Come here and grab your free CUP OF COFFEE (CUP OF COFFEE) being the hyperlinked text

Is their anywhere I can put this under that main slider?
