Sidebar Doesn't Extend Down Far Enough on Safari

First – thanks for the fantastic theme. I love it.

Second – this feature works great in firefox and chrome, just not in safari.

My sidebar is a different color than the background of my content area. In safari, the sidebar color stops where the widgets end. In the other browsers, the sidebar color extends all the way to the bottom, which is what I want to happen in safari too.

I made an attempt to fix it. I’m not great with this stuff, so take it with a grain of salt.

The height of the div /* #primary.widget-area */ is set inline. I’m guessing it happens in the equalize heights function of theme-functions.php.

Any advice for how to fix it for safari?
