one column, no sidebar page template should set $content_width to fullpage width

    Hi,

    I stumbled upon an issue when putting a (Jetpack) gallery on a page without sidebar. Using the Mantra theme I get the gallery set to the width of the content column, leaving the space for the sidebar empty. This doesn’t happen with wordpress’ twenty* themes.
    So one column no sidebar template should set $content_width to the full page width (content width+sidebar width) so the gallery code can use the empty space as well.
