Layout width slider bar gone; widgets won't move

    It all started when I attempted to put social media links in any position other than footer.  Page resized to very narrow strip.  I fixed it by copying width settings from another site.  However, when I added another social media widget, I discovered that I can’t drag the widget into the sidebar.  Widgets won’t move.

    What version of Mantra & WordPress are you using? Did you try Resetting the settings to default?

    1.9.9.6 and 3.5.1.  Did not reset to default because that would have made everything go away.  I am having similar issues with a newer site, and really getting worried about stability of this version of Mantra.  This time, when I previewed the site, it showed the mobile version on my PC.  For this particular client I am building a separate mobile site, so I disabled the mobile view.  When I did this, Mantra forgot the width settings and I was unable to restore them on the Layout page.  Fixed them the same way as the previous issue then exported for safekeeping.

    Another of my Mantra sites is crashing.  Can’t type content into posts.  Same issues as previous reports, but more.  Deathly afraid that one of my major client sites will crash one day.  Please seriously look into this.

    Could you create a premium support ticket with details for a WordPress account that creates these problems so we can take a look at it? There’s only so much we can do just by chatting.
