Hello,
When submitting the reviews the stars option is not visible even though it is enabled in Woo Product Settings.
you can see that the below products still have stars
https://nat-zen.com/product-category/shampoo-bar/But those ones do not.

https://nat-zen.com/product-category/facial-serum/Website: www.nat-zen.com
Check that the theme’s comment form option is set to labels.
