Hello,
I am using a long header image and when I flip between a large monitor and tablet views the image does not remain cropped and leaves a gap on either side. I notice this happens once the menu shift down to into responsive mode. Any ideas? I have switched between my edited child theme and the main theme and it does this on both.
I was wondering if my long image would have to be edited? I like the long image so that it fits within a thin long format of a phone.
Thanks, and I love the theme!

I’d rather not use the Jetpack’s site accelerator, but unfortunately if I don’t all my lightbox’s images are stretched. Lightbox displays their thumbnail instead of the main image for some reason and stretches is to fit the page. (Another issue entirely)

I fixed the issue.
A quick update. The issue I was having was the Esotera Theme slider. (Esotera is a responsive theme) I discovered that the slider is not fully responsive for an image that has a vertical ratio of 3 x 4.8. No matter the size of the image. I tried a 753 x 1200 image and a larger 1500 x 2389 and both didn’t scale correctly in the Esotera theme. So my solution was to change the ratio that was less vertical. 3 x 4 to be exact. It scales correctly now.
Thanks!
