Colour and structure of icon in featured icon blocks

I’m trying to change the colour of the icons as well as the structure of the icon blocks.

How do I change the structure of the featured icon blocks 2 to look the same as featured icon blocks 1? Just the icon and the name at the bottom.

Also, is it possible for me to change the font size and the colour for the title of the featured icon blocks? As well as the colour of the icons.
