Parabola’s first encounter with its initial WordPress review didn’t go quite as we planned (actually it didn’t go at all as we planned; but evil master plans for taking over the world rarely work on the first try). Nonetheless, Parabola is making steps forward and the new update has already been submitted for review.
So, without further ado, here’s the changelog for version 0.9.6:
- fixed a little glitch related to the default site width value
- fixed a missing sanity check for the logo upload image URL
- added a secret method of hiding the slider on the presentation page: if not slides are defined or the post slide count is set to zero, the slider is no longer displayed
- fixed widget styling to keep oversized content under control
- fixed site title/description to not stick to the edge of the screen on mobile devices
I’ve posted a possible bug on the forum and will probably be switching to Mantra. When I hide the main menu (below header) on the presentation page. It disappears side wide… also editing the top menu colors changes nothing on the menu… everything stays the same. I love parabola… Wishing much luck and success!
Thanks for pointing that out. We have it fixed in the latest update, but we didn’t submit it yet since we have a couple more things to do first.
Thanks so much… loving it so far… hope it is ready for prime time soon!
