No Source Button in Text Editor Area

Hi,

I installed this module nad it is working except there is no button to switch from WYSIWYG editor & HTML mode. There is a flag but no WYSIWYG editor like in the demo ^ no View Source button.

I am using JCW editor & have tried switching the user settings to default editor & also TinyMCE but I still cannot see the View Source button or any WYSIWYG icons, just a plain text box.
