For consistency the templates/ subfolder is the preferred location.
Anima does not come with any templates so you’ll need to create your own. The will be automatically detected by WordPress and listed in the template selector (in the dashboard) while editing static pages.

Video format support is browser dependent. You might need to include multiple files in various formats (and codecs) to cover (almost) full browser support – and even then most mobile browsers will not autoplay videos.

If you want you can add back the default underlining with CSS:

Make sure to clear the cache after making changes to the site if you want to see them instantly (cache expires by itself after a while so the changes will take effect eventually).

You can disable this effect on the site header with CSS:

It should indicate whether there’s a limit to the number of variables that can be saved (or a general form POST-ing issue) or something in theme’s settings that’s causing the problem.

Sounds like the code is trying to retrieve information for invalid (broken?) images.
We’ll add a check to silence the warnings, but that doesn’t resolve WordPress’ wp_get_attachment_metadata() failing for specific files on your site.If you like our creations, help us share by rating them on WordPress.org.

This is a limitation we are aware of and are looking for a solution (one that doesn’t requiring including a couple of books-worth of JS into the theme).
