To adjust the caption’s vertical placement, try this CSS:

Adjust the screen width and the percentage to suit your needs.

The bullets currently have a hiccup which leaves them visible. We’ll correct this in the next update.

Our themes were always capable of using system (browser/device-dependent) fonts for typography – simply select fonts that are not in the “suggested fonts” group in the options.

In the newer themes’ latest updates we’ve eased the usage of local fonts in the options by introducing the additional “custom font” option. Select this from the dropdown list and then enter the font name in the identifier field below. Make sure you do this for all font options to completely avoid Google Fonts.

When “custom font” is selected the theme will not attempt to enqueue fonts from the Google services but will continue to apply the specified font name to the appropriate content, so it relies on you manually loading the font files on the site. Use a plugin to embed fonts.

The ‘header image’ can usually refer to two distinct elements:
– the classic header image (which is core WordPress functionality); its size depends on the site width and the header height (both configurable theme options);
– the landing page’s static slider image (which is a theme feature); the image and its size (height) is directly configurable in the theme’s landing page options.

The header image, when set, is displayed on the entire site. Additionally, if the appropriate theme option is enabled, pages and posts can have their featured images used in the header (if big enough).

Separately, the theme’s landing page feature has a static slider image section that can display a specific image (totally distinct from the header image).

The theme crops featured images to size based on the values entered in the options – your featured boxes height is most likely set to 300px (and 460 is the calculated width based on boxes count and site width).

Check that you’re using the proper capitalization for the font name. The Google Fonts system is case sensitive.

You’ll also need to fix the incorrect font enqueue in the source of the page, that is breaking the markup.
