Please check the available documentation and search the forums before starting a topic.Not simple at all. You need use custom CSS and try out various sizes until you get the needed size for this. You’ll most likely need to change some menu items to make them fit in the new menu items size.
Also, any change to the menu or site width will require you redo the custom CSS.

Play with the 30 value to properly position the menu.Keep in mind thought this change may be broken on mobile devices.

Unfortunately, concerning PD3, we cannot do that. The theme would no longer get approved by WordPress if it does not perform proper sanitization of input URLs.
