Try typing in the slide images URLs manually (after getting them from the Library).
This is an intermittent issue (as in it doesn’t occur for everyone) which’s cause we haven’t pinpointed yet. We are still investigating.

jQuery only executes after the page finishes loading. If your site locks up at loading the news content, the jQUery never executes and the theme settings page doesn’t work.

This is a weird issue you’re encountering, and nobody else reported a problem with loading the theme news before. Your server might be blocking outgoing http connections via PHP. We’ll look for a solution (or try a shorter timeout).

That’s because those plugins most likely break WordPress’ jQuery library, which Matra relies on to function.

You have 3 choices: don’t use the plugin, don’t use the theme, or ask the plugin author to adhere to WordPress rules and use the bundled jQuery instead of loading its own older/incompatible version.

1. Try using a different font. We didn’t test the included fonts for international characters support. Most Google fonts only include basic ASCII.

You’re using WP-Super-Cache so you might see cached (outdated) content when you’re not logged in.
Empty the cache to force updates after changing things.

Ros, you will lose those files the next time you update the theme.

Grab the URLs for the images you want to use out of WordPress’ library (Media > Library) and paste the URLs in the fields in the theme settings. This cannot not work.

Make sure you get the correct links, not the ?attachment_id= ones.

The easiest way to add the phone number is to place it in the header image (even a transparent one if you’re not using a header image). Adding custom content to the header is very complicated.
