This could be caused by interference by some plugin. What file(s) do those errors occur in?

Check what number of columns the presentation page posts are set in theme options (it’s in the Presentation Page section).

You could solve this by forcing all titles to take up two rows (as the longest of the titles):

The header image does not link to anything by itself, but if you don’t use either the site title or the logo you can set the header to be ‘Clickable header’ and this will make the entire header area to link to the homepage as well.If you like our creations, help us share by rating them on WordPress.org.
Please check the available documentation and search the forums before starting a topic.The theme’s general layout options applies to all content sections (homepage, categories, archives, pages, posts, custom post types) EXCEPT the theme’s presentation page and any (static) pages configured to use a different layout page template.
You cannot have different layouts between categories and single posts with the existing functionality.

Disqus should filter the right function and add its own counter – I am not familiar with the plugin and I do not know if it does this or not.Did you use Disqus with any theme that displays the correct comments count?

A plugin that is not in the repository can be easily installed by navigating to Plugins > Add New > Upload in the dashboard (this will avoid misplacement like when uploading via FTP or the file manager)

toucan.photo should be configured to redirect to the correct address, not use a workaround to display a duplicate of the site.
