Using CSS you could include your own icon font file and apply a custom icon to specific blocks only.

Normally pages don’t have manual excerpts in WordPress but this can be changed through the use of plugins. You could then enter the desired text in your page’s manual excerpt.

You can increase the site width from the theme’s Layout options.
