I changed it with css, because the line-height was zero, but adding css doesn’t seem the right option:
h5.column-header-image {
line-height: 1.4

This seems to be the problem in more Nirvana sites, see for example ; http://demos.cryoutcreations.eu/wordpress/nirvana/typograpy/

The magnifying glass is only half visible.

Further information: it seems to be a problem in connection with Safari-browser. It looks good on chrome.
