Sadly this does not work on Ripley 🙁

I know there is a lot going on for the Cryout Team, BUT, they can release minor fixes, post a small article on a blog, but then not reply to anyone, even though some of us have been paying them for years. My support requests from last November (with an active subscription) have still not been answered.It is sad and frustrating, especially when all it would take is a simple email to all customers letting us know what is happening at the CC headquarters. A small roadmap of hopes would be brilliant, as three of the themes we currently use are having issues and giving errors, but what do we do?
If I source another company, then I need to change all my customers themes, and that would be a nightmare, as I’m sure it would be for all you guys too.I honestly do not want to abandon Zed and the team, but they are leaving us very little choice!
Steve ProcterPower UserHi Spotiapks, I have sent several emails about the recent updates to some themes etc, as I need to resolve some issues for customers, but no one has bothered to reply.
I have let my subscription lapse, so I cannot get the recent update to creative content, but I’m not paying for another year, if only 1 update is being pushed out and support tickets are still being ignored 🙁

I’ve been using them for years for my computer company, but we’ve had no support or updates for over a year 🙁

To just drop the ball like this after being a customer for so many years is absolutely disgusting.I am yet to find an alternative I am happy with, and that’s a massive issue as we move through new technologies as the day will come when the sites stop working. Likewise, I’m not a PHP dev, so I have no idea how to fix the issues we are already starting to have 🙁

I am now being forced to look for new Themes for my clients.Steve ProcterPower UserHi Rocky,
we will have to keep our fingers crossed and hope Zed comes back. We have many of our customers running the Cryout themes, and I would hate to have to tell them we must redesign their websites because the themes are no longer supported. There have been no new themes/major updates for ages now and that is also a concern as things have changed so much with WordPress 6, and 6.3, it seems a shame we cannot take advantage of it because the themes are outdated.
We are already looking for another provider, but hopefully Zed will come back very soon and fix the issues we’re all having.

looks like we are in the same boat, no replies to emails anymore, no replies to posts on the forums.
We pay an annual fee for updates and support, but we are not getting any of this.
Sadly, after many years supporting Zed, it looks like we have to find a new provider for our themes 🙁Steve ProcterPower UserWe are having a similar issue, sadly it looks like Cryout has shut down without telling anyone 🙁
We have quite a few sites using these themes and even the PRIORITY SUPPORT tickets are being ignored.September 6th, 2023 at 12:48 in reply to: Titles on Landing Page and no priority support answer? #141503Steve ProcterPower UserThe other issue with this theme, is it’s pulling info to the Landing Page from the MACHINES PAGE for example, but for some reason it is making all the text centred, but on the MACHINES PAGE it is justified and looks exactly how we want it to look, can this also be changed?

Steve ProcterPower UserHi Brian, yes they do have updates for the childthemes, I’m not sure what they fix tbh as I don’t work for Cryout, I’m just a customer. If you struggle finding it drop me an email 🙂 They are on v0.71 currently, but you’d be better paying for Fluida Plus, it’s much better : )

Steve ProcterPower UserCheck the code before your text Brian, (go to TEXT VIEW and look for DIV)sometimes there are things in the tags that override the theme. I had this on a customers site only a couple of weeks ago.
The child themes have to be paid for and installed manually.

Time to find another developer who actually cares about their customers!I am quite sure my query is s simple thing to fix, and would have taken one of your team only a minute or so to explain a fix but instead you will lose a customer :/

It’s a theme built around BLOG posts all over the landing page, so why not allow us a proper blog page?Isn’t is easy to implement some shortcode [BLOG] to allow us to show the blog on that page?
