    Sorry for the delay in replying. I was waiting for an email.
    Our site is hosted by Dreamhost as a simple WP entity. Nothing special at all.
    The errors are only seen in the error log.
    I went searching because of a performance issue which has since gone away but do check the log fairly regularly for issues such as this.

    Checking further in the log I see the same error at lines 53, 94, 96, 97, 103 and 105.
