Yes, I solved it. Realised that php version was old and after updating that, also my css started to work and menu appeared as it used to be.

i managed to fix logo issue by addin css rule for screens bigger then 800px (it worked for mobile version). However I need to use childtheme which i can`t even activate for now as it is messing up all the front page totally (screenshott here: http://tinypic.com/r/34dmvkn/9 )
