    Thanks for your help! Much appreciated!

    But I still have to sort out some things.
    To create this static landing page I have created two new pages: one empty (Home) and one with content. As it is said in the customizer description. If I want to get both together I get a WordPress Sample Page.
    At least I have separate banner and header images now (-;.
