Where is the hr?

    I have inserted horizontal rules on all pages of this site but they are invisible both in the live page and in the Visual Editor. I added this code to CSS and they are still invisible.
    .entry-content hr {
    color: #fba920 !important;
    height: 2px;
    }
    How do I fix this?
