What file do you edit to raise the media upload file size limit?

    I’m uploading major motion pictures and trailers for upcoming feature releases and I would like to raise the upload file size limit that’s listed on the “Add NEW” media page. (Please understand that on a self hosted “.org” wordpress website there are additional changes within the server in order to raise that limit on the server end also.) Those changes have already been done on the server by myself. So this question is directly referencing the Parabola WordPress Theme only. Most default themes are set at 50MB. What file needs to be edited please? Thank you.

    I need to upload pdf files for download and also add upload plugins but I cannot get around the 2MB file upload limit.
    Please assist.
