The content area Background is set to white (FFFFFF) and it disappeared. The Main Menu Color is set to red (d6341d) and only shows in mouseover mode on individual categories. The submenu items background is transparent. Site was working fine yesterday and no changes were made. I tried re setting to default but it did not fix the problems. I really hope this post won’t be like the many others here that go unanswered. I realize you are asking for a Donation to get support but frankly, I would like proof that the developers are reliable. I like the theme and would hate to remove it because of lack of support

I have tried applying the default Tempera settings and it turned back to normal, but every small change I make removes the background and the navigation menu looses its back color as well. You site seems to be working again, any idea what made it work again?
kind regards,
MerijnJune 12th, 2014 at 00:25 #25715Merijn van den BergI have an issue like this. How did you solve the problem?
June 12th, 2014 at 09:47 #25721ZedCryout Creations mastermindThe hash sign is missing in the colour codes, and this is caused by a poorly written plugin which loads its own colour selector on top of the theme’s settings page.
You need to figure out which plugin does that, disable it and then re-save the theme settings once (this will add back all the missing hash signs – #).If you like our creations, help us share by rating them on WordPress.org.
Please check the available documentation and search the forums before starting a topic.July 3rd, 2014 at 21:51 #25989TWI had this problem on an install of Tempera as well. Disabling a recently installed plugin and re-saving the colors worked as Zed suggested worked.
I’m still in contact with the company who makes the plugin as I need them to resolve the issue. I have to have this plugin–and I paid a $480 subscription charge to use it! Yikes!
If they fail to resolve the issue, what would be the neatest workaround? Is there a bit of code I could use in the Custom CSS or as part of a child theme perhaps? Just looking for ideas while I wait on feedback.
