Checking further in the log I see the same error at lines 53, 94, 96, 97, 103 and 105.

Hi,

Is your site somehow running WordPress through WP-CLI? Is it using a regular hosting service or is it a (managed/dedicated) WordPress service?

Our classic themes are not compatible with and generate PHP warnings related to some of their global variables on sites relying on WP-CLI. Are those warning visible on the site or just present in the log file?

Sorry for the delay in replying. I was waiting for an email.
Our site is hosted by Dreamhost as a simple WP entity. Nothing special at all.
The errors are only seen in the error log.
I went searching because of a performance issue which has since gone away but do check the log fairly regularly for issues such as this.

If you’re only seeing the warnings logged at odd times and not when you’re for example browsing the site and testing it, those may be due to your host using WP-CLI funtionality to perform administrative tasks (such as updates, backups).
