First, I find this theme very versatile, well done.
I needed to change the header font and found ‘Roboto’ on Google Web Fonts. I put that font-family into the Misc Settings CSS box but no result. From Firebug it was apparent it was not being picked up.
So I looked for a method that Mantra uses to source Google Fonts and could find no trace in a database search or in the theme code or page header. The Google site said you had to link to their source, which made sense – so I hacked the header.php (Yes I know that is not the right method but I wanted to see if it worked) to insert the link and up it all popped.
The narrative to the release 1.9.9.6 said you c ould use Google Fonts so please what is the correct method?

Does this make sense?
Best regards,
Louise

I was able to put the font name in the CSS in the Miscellaneous Settings but it had no effect until I linked to the Google Font by inserting <pre><link href=’http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Roboto’ rel=http://www.cryoutcreations.eu/forum/t/using-google-fonts-linkage’stylesheet’ type=’text/css’></pre>

I am using version and have a drop down menu for fonts. Is there a way to use google fonts by editing the code? I looked but couldn’t find where the h1 css is?

Right under the selector for the predefined fonts there’s the input field for the Google font names.
EDIT: I see you’re using 1.8.6. You’ll most likely need to use a plugin to apply Google fonts.
