[Tracy mum trying to update]

Please if anyone could help would gratefully appreciate it! I had old version of parabola and website fine – I backed up and installed update version of word press and parabola but when I go to theme settings I can see the headings etc but when you press on them nothing opens. I have uninstalling and trying again, uninstalling plug ins, set non static home page as suggested etc…

Any advice – I don’t know code and please keep it simple – thanks a million!

Hi Tracy,

Start by double-checking that all your plugins are in actually disabled (one can never over-check things). If that is true, do a simple check by enabling the browser’s development tools (activated by pressing F12 in most browsers), refreshing the page where the theme’s settings page is malfunctioning and looking the the Console tab of the tools for any kind of JavaScript errors.

The static homepage has nothing to do with the functionality of the theme’s settings page.
