After setting the background image automatically returns settings to only the background color

Problem has been solved. The cause is not possible to set a background image is a version of WordPress 4.7. After the restoration of WordPress to the old version again, you can post images in the background pages.

I encounter no problem setting a background image with Tempera 1.4.8 on WordPress 4.7.
Did you use an image file that actually exists on the site?
