Hi team,
Post the update to Version 1.2.0, I am unable to change the Tempera settings under the appearance tabs. Previously they were editable. Now, it isn’t. Can you kindly confirm what the matter is?
June 24th, 2014 at 00:31 #25876MelissaSame problem here. Plus my presentation page isn’t showing the top slider.
I am running Tempera on another site and this didn’t happen. The main difference is that on this site I have the iThemes Security plug in. Could that be the problem?
June 24th, 2014 at 12:48 #25885SidLooks like it’s been sorted now.
Melissa – Is yours sorted?
June 24th, 2014 at 14:08 #25887MelissaSadly no. The slider is still not showing and I still can not access my presentation page settings.
June 24th, 2014 at 15:40 #25889DanI am having the same issues. I also use iThemes.
June 24th, 2014 at 15:46 #25890MelissaThought I had a work around but no.
I tried to use the theme’s “customize” page to reference a different static front page. Too bad I didn’t try it before I made the page.
June 24th, 2014 at 22:28 #25896MelissaDan, I refreshed the browser and that worked. Cryout said “Please perform a force refresh in your browser (some browser use Ctrl+F5, others Ctrl+R) to make sure the browser reloads all site/theme resources.
Until the refresh you may be getting a mix of old and new theme resources, causing javascript malfunctions.
Make sure you use the force refresh on any page/section exhibiting problems.”Good luck-
June 24th, 2014 at 23:15 #25897DanWell blow me if that only went and worked.
Thanks

June 27th, 2014 at 09:09 #25922CrisLeoHi I am really panicking because I am new in the world of websites – 2 weeks ago I activated the Tempera theme and all was well. Today I installed the new update Ver 1.2.0 and now all my sliders have gone – this includes the slider on the presentation page. When I go to the Tempera settings under Presentation Page under custom slides, I can see the name of the slides, but ever after uploading them again and saving them, they don’t show.
In addition on the hop of the menu in the presentation page, there is a red streak that won’t come out no matter what I do. Please help me.
cheersJune 27th, 2014 at 09:12 #25923CrisLeoOk the Forced refresh (some browser use Ctrl+F5, others Ctrl+R) has worked. Thank you
June 27th, 2014 at 19:12 #25925MathieuSame problem, I can’t even click on “presentation page” for instance.
Tried forced refresh, didnt change anything.June 27th, 2014 at 19:14 #25926MathieuI’m talking about “tempera settings”.
June 28th, 2014 at 20:31 #25941Michelle MartinUgh. after the update, the slider is gone and I can’t change any of the settings! Refreshing didn’t fix anything. #pleasehelp
June 28th, 2014 at 20:34 #25942Michelle MartinI think it’s works … shut down safari and then refreshed each page individually
June 29th, 2014 at 04:28 #25945MathieuStill not resolved on my side.
It’s unclickable. Tried forced refresh and disabling plugins and it didn’t change anything.June 29th, 2014 at 20:31 #25947MathieuDidn’t do anything but it works now 🙂
June 29th, 2014 at 20:34 #25948Jerneja TLHi,
after installing Tempera Version 1.2.0 same problems as above + others:
– Customization “live” does not work – unclickable. The only link that works there is “close” 🙂
– Color settings does not work (for example: for menu I choose blue background – is transparent. I set my white color for the page background – is transparent)I’ve refreshed page (ctrl + F5), cleand history, cookies, registries … nothing helps
What else do you suggest?
July 15th, 2014 at 10:53 #26115ZedCryout Creations mastermindAfter the 1.2 update, place force a refresh in your browser (Ctrl+F5 or Ctrl+R).
Jerneja, you have a different issue there; try the quick debug guide to rule out plugin interference.
