When I login into my WordPress dashboard and go to settings then to reading. I Notice Home is not in front page and Blog is not in post page.
This is causing my blog page not to work properly. Here’s what happens. When I post a blog it shows up on the Front page but it does not show up on the blog page. I also noticed that on the front page when I post a blog it doesn’t have a count or next page at the bottom. Can you fix this problem?

You’re not familiar with any of the options in Appearance >> Parabola Settings, are you? Everything you described can be fixed in Presentation Page Settings and Post Information Settings.
