I put a form and a picture on the Front Page..side by side…On my computer..it was showing correctly…on the person I am building site for….computer..it shows the picture dropped down below the form…WHY? I have adjusted to the point of it looking totally messed up on my computer for him to be able to see it correctly. Not finding a solution.

You are setting up the site to be way too wide. You should limit it to somewhere around 1000-1200px.

Then adjust the content to fit that width so that it no longer jumps around so much when being viewed on narrower screens.
