For some reason certain images that have been on the site since I created it in November are not working. The slider and a few widgets have just stopped working, and I can not figure out what is wrong. The theme and wordpress are both updated and other images are working. Any suggestions?

nvm, apparently the update deleted the photos from the media library.

Update not only erased some the images it also removed the cryout columns from the Presentation Page as well as widgets on the right side bar on other pages. What a mess!

(Theme) updates do not delete anything from your content. They couldn’t even if they wanted to.

Themes also cannot change your widgets. They can at most change widget areas which can disable some of your widgets if the count of the areas decreases (but we never did this in Tempera).
