Smoothing Scroll not only for back to top

    Back to top of your theme uses a nice smooth scrolling (probably in jquery?),
    Is it possible to have an option to use that smooth scroll also for Jump Links in the pages?

    (Is there some code that we can add to use the existent smooth scrolling also for the jump link in a page?)
