Hello – We are loving our new-ish WordPress site using the Mantra theme, especially the slider. However, I’m having a problem with how our featured images are displayed. It seems like no matter what size I make the slider image area, the photos don’t display correctly. Even when the photo and the slider are the same size, the top and bottom of each image are usually cropped off, sometimes leaving white space in the slider area. Is there a way to fix this? Maintaining our website is one small piece of my job and I’m not great at it, so my apologies if I’m not explaining correctly, but I appreciate any help you can give. Thanks!

Your featured images are not the same aspect ratio as the slider is. Either adjust the images to be the same aspect ratio with the slider or reconfigure the slider to the featured image sizes (you may need to regenerate your thumbnails to make sure the slider uses the new settings).
