Hi,
Is there a way to change the Site Title. For the time being, I have the First letter of the title in a block and I can’t get rid of it.

The site title is the one you’re setting in WordPress’ general options.

The accented first letter is a theme effect, which you can remove with a bit of custom styling:

#site-title span a span:first-child {
    background: inherit;
    color: inherit;
    font-weight: normal;
    margin: 0;
    width: auto;
}
