Is anyone else having issues with their site being intermittently down. I have contacted the domain registrar & host, who say it tests fine their end. I have contacted my service provider who says it all looks fine their end But suggested it could be something to do with the themes javascript? I don’t know. But it is down for other people across different computers, different browsers, different internet providers & phones also. When it is up, it appears to be working fine. Down 80-90% of the time.
To the authors of Tempera, is what is being suggested possible? I am at a loss as to what is the problem.

Hi Jane,

This is definitely not a theme or JavaScript error. If it were it would either happen all the time or not at all. Just for testing purposes I’d suggest changing the theme for a little while and see if the issue still occurs.

This is most likely a hosting problem. When it is not working, are you getting any errors or just a blank page. If it is a blank page, right click and select ‘View source’. Is there something there?
