The side bar on my website (left side of all pages except on the home page) drops to the bottom when my browser screen is somewhat narrowed.

It goes back to the left column when I make my browser screen wider.

Is that normal?

That is expected behaviour – the sidebars are displayed under the content on narrower screens (mobile devices) for improved content readability.
