Hi, I use the presentation page as homepage. I have featured posts I want to show on the presentation page. I understand I don’t need to enable ‘show posts’ on presentation page as featured posts are always shown on the presentation page. Still I don’t see them. How come? Have I forgotten something?

Which posts are you referring to by “featured posts”?

The theme’s presentation page feature can display a list of posts (most recent posts) if this area is enabled in the theme’s presentation page-related settings.
If you have any sticky posts, they will be displayed first and not count towards the number of posts set there.

Hi Zed, I am talking about sticky posts. I have sticky posts but I don’t see them on the presentation page. How come?

The first four posts displayed on your homepage are sticky posts. They have the ‘sticky’ class in their source and a green line under the title and meta information.

Thanks Zed, I had found out myself that is the reason they are shown on the homepage. I thought I would automatically see the sticky posts but I had to enable posts on the homepage first. That was in the beginning not clear to me. Thanks for your reply!

The theme has the option to display ‘posts’ on the homepage presentation page feature. If you have sticky posts then those will be displayed as well (and not count towards the number), but the theme does not specifically target ‘sticky posts’ on the homepage posts list.
