Set number of posts

    The set number of posts to display is not working correctly. I have it set to 6 posts in two columns. All of the posts I want to show on presentation page are in their own category and are sticky. Yet every time I create a new post it shows on the presentation page, taking the max number shown beyond the 6 defined. I also have the max display in WP settings set to 6.

    Sticky posts are not counted and are always displayed.
