Select category of posts on front page

    Hi,
    This is a very nice template and thank you for the work you’ve put into it.
    Is it possible to show only posts from a particular category on the home page?
    I would really like to show only category 1 or slug ‘news’ on the home page as all the other posts are shown in widgets.

    Is this request solved Nascent? I did not find it the version 1.0.4 (which is the latest update) or did i not find it.

    That’d be a really nice feature.

    Right now I’ve chosen one category for the slider and would like to choose another for the posts, to avoid double shown posts from the slider.
